My friend gifted me a Sonicare toothbrush last Christmas. However, my toothbrush head was a bit off. It seemed to me that it wiggled a little while brushing.
I reached out to Philips Sonicare's online chat. They quickly connected me to a service agent who was extremely helpful. Long story short, they're going to honor the Sonicare warranty and will send me a replacement toothbrush.
What's more, because they no longer manufacture the model I own, I'll be getting a more advanced model! At no extra cost - yay!
Both spare brush heads and my current charging station are compatible with the replacement unit. And there was absolutely no quibble or argument about the replacing. In fact, I was only on the phone with them for a few minutes. What lovely customer support.
I'll definitely be getting a Sonicare the next time I replace my electric toothbrush!

I've been hesitating between Sonicare and one of the newer models like Quip or Burst. But I guess you can't beat great client support.
